RETURNS
Most of our vendors have 30 day return policies but some have 14 and some have 7. For this reason, please be mindful of the return window for the item you re purchasing at the time of purchasing it.
Used and Unopened Devices and AccessoriesÂ
Due to the nature of our products, we can only offer returns on items that are unused and unopened. All unused items may be returned for a full refund within 30/14/7 days after receiving your purchase depending on the policy of the vendor. Any expedited shipping options that are purchased will not be refunded. Products must be returned factory sealed. Any items returned and found to be used or opened will be voided and no refund will be reissued. You will be provided with a shipping label for the return. You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow at least 14 days (most returns will be within 2-3 days) from the day you ship your item for us to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. To begin a return of an unused and unopened item, login to your Shopify or Autobongs account to submit a request.Â
Defective Products
If your item is defective upon arrival, such as a non-functioning electronic, we will work with the manufacturer to either send you a new device or refund your order within 30/14/7 days of receiving the product(s) depending on the return policy of the vendor(s). To begin this process, please login to your Shopify or Autobongs account and submit a return request.Â

Buyerâs Remorse
If you want to exchange a product because it does not work with your equipment or because it does not have the functionality you perceived it to have at the time of purchase, the most we can offer is a 10% coupon towards the purchase of another item. We do our very best to provide all the information necessary to make an accurate purchase decision, so please utilize this information to avoid these circumstances. If you feel that a product is lacking information or contains misleading information, please reach out to our support team at support@autobongs.com.Â
REFUNDS
The majority of our vendors offer refunds for the return of unopened unused items in their original condition.Â
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit
We offer refunds and reorders for items up to $2500 that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit through the 3rd party service Savedby. This package protection is included in every order at no extra cost. If your item is lost in transit, stolen in transit, or damaged in transit from our vendors to the location the order was shipped to, you are entitled to a full refund for or reorder of the item(s).Â

When you purchase an item(s) an email is sent to the email address you provided at the time of checkout, instructing them how to file a claim. You can also file a claim directly through Savedby's website www.savedby.ioÂ

Once you file a claim, Savedby will respond within 24 hrs - the majority of cases are handled within 2 hours. If the order is under $100 dollars you will automatically be asked to choose your preferred method of reimbursement, whether it's a reorder, store credit, or a refund. If the order is over $100, Savedby may request submission of photos or documentation to verify.Â

PRODUCT WARRANTYÂ
We offer a warranty program for all of our products. If your product breaks at any point, you can request a coupon for 10% off of your next purchase. To start a warranty claim, please email us at support@autobongs.comÂ
Electronic items will typically have a factory warranty of some kind. We advise that you register your product with the manufacturer upon receiving it.Â
If they require proof of purchase please contact Autobongs customer support at support@autobongs.com to request a copy of your invoice.
Most claims should first be placed with the manufacturer.Â

Fraud Prevention Policy
Return activity will be monitored for fraudulent use of our terms. If an abuse of our return policy is detected, we will contact the user to arbitrate the situation. If we are not able to establish communication and arbitration with the user, their account will be closed and payment methods blocked until communication and arbitration are achieved. If the user is found to be engaged in fraudulent behavior, their account will be closed and their names and payment methods will be blocked.Â
